Jeppesen’s new Tracking and Crew Management Solution is now in production at Finnair.
It replaces a package that has been used for the last 8 years, and for the last years in combination with Jeppesen’s Pairing and Rostering optimization solutions.
Type 2 Solutions has provided the integration and migration services to ease the new system into production by means of an exchange platform designed to accommodate the three development phases of the product:
- initial data loads while developing the beta version
- regular synchronization loads during beta-testing
- delta loads during the parallel production period
Further, Type 2 Solutions’ eLog and simLog products have been integrated in the new environment.
