In collaboration with the Erasmus Medical Center, Type 2 Solutions is organizing the workshop “Automated Identification and Hospital Bedside Care”, which will be held as a part of the LogiZ conference.
The LogiZ conference, dedicated to the logistics aspects of the healthcare industry, takes place in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands, on February 10th, 2011.
At the Type 2 Solutions stand located on the information market place you can experience the label solutions in use at the Erasmus Medical Center live.
The workshop will explore the advantages of automated identification in combination with the electronic patient file (EPD) for both patient safety and efficiency. Several concrete examples from different hospitals will be presented, such as the Erasmus Medical Center’s registration of blood product dispensation, the use of labeling on medication and registration during patient radiotherapy.
