Dynamics NAV Implementation
Veenman, supplier of printing equipment and document management solutions, implemented Microsoft Dynamics® NAV as their new ERP system. The new system enables Veenman to streamline business processes, and to react more efficiently to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
The interfacing capabilities of the new system with third-party systems play a large role in that purpose. These enable the remote access to copier meter readings at customer locations, the communication of hardware orders to logistics service providers, as well as the data exchange with field service agents.
Type 2 Solutions’ role has been to oversee the data migration as a whole, to mitigate risk, and to optimize data quality.
