Fruit growers discover how to code and label according to international standards
Type 2 Solutions was present at the Fruit grower conference held in Houten in the Netherlands, where it demonstrated crate labels as applied by the LIDL organization for appel en pear deliveries. These labels make use of GS1 global location numbers (GLN).
GS1 GLN codes uniquely identify the location where the produce originated.
The LIDL label was developed on a joint effort of Type 2 Solutions and Frug I Com.
Type 2 Solutions is a certified Solution Provider associated with Frug I Com (an organization that strives to improve the supply chain in the produce sector, more specifically the Dutch potato, vegetable, and fruit sector). Mission completed at N.V. Westerscheldetunnel
Data integration specialist Type 2 Solutions has successfully completed the assignment to migrate all information related to t-tag customers from the old toll collection system at the Westerscheldetunnel to its two new destinations. One the one hand, the new mobility payment system TIPS, which is the platform used by Movenience, and on the other hand the new toll collection system of the Westerscheldetunnel. During the entire migration, the toll system has not experienced any unscheduled down-time.
