British Airways have decided to replace their current crew tracking system, referred to as TRACIE.
The TRACIE system allows the operations department to keep track of over 14,000 cabin crew distributed over the more than 550 destinations served by British Airways every month.
British Airways have asked Type 2 Solutions to support their project team in replacing the existing mainframe system. Type 2 Solutions brings data migration expertise to the project and will take care of aspects related to migration strategy, architecture and design, and data migration.
